富士クラシック（以下、当ゴルフ場という）は、個人情報保護の重要性に鑑み、
個人情報の取扱いを以下のとおりとさせていただきます。

当ゴルフ場は、適法かつ公正な手段により個人情報を取得します。

当ゴルフ場が取得した個人情報およびすべての保有個人データは、以下の目的で使用します。

①お客様に当ゴルフ場並びにグループコースのご利用に関連して、電話、郵便、電子メール、ファクシミリ等の手段によりお客様に連絡を取る目的

②商品、サービスを提供させていただくためのマーケティング分析のため

③お客様に提供している商品やサービスに関しての情報を提供する目的

④当ゴルフ場の従業者の採用活動を行う業務のため

⑤その他、当ゴルフ場の業務に付随する業務のため

当ゴルフ場が保有する個人データは、以下の場合を除いて、第三者に開示・提供いたしません。

①お客様の同意がある場合

お客様の個人情報は、お客様の利便性向上のため、当ゴルフ場及びそのグループ会社・グループコースで共同利用いたします。

当ゴルフ場が保有する個人データの利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、追加・削除、利用停止、消去、第三者提供停止（「開示等」といいます）のご請求をうけた場合には、速やかに対応いたします。 ご希望される場合は、下記にお問合せください。

Fuji Classic Golf Club (hereinafter referred to as “the Club”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and is committed to handling such information appropriately as outlined below.

The Club will obtain personal information through legal and fair means.

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

Personal information and all retained personal data obtained by the Club will be used for the following purposes:

1. To contact customers via telephone, mail, email, fax, etc., regarding usage of the Club or affiliated courses.

2. To conduct marketing analysis for the purpose of providing products and services.

3. To provide information regarding products and services offered to customers.

4. For recruitment-related activities of the Club’s employees.

To improve customer convenience, the Club may share personal information with its group companies and affiliated courses.

1. Shared data items: Name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, details of transactions with the Club or affiliated courses, and other relevant management data.

2. Parties sharing information: Fuji Classic Golf Club, Classic Co., Ltd., Hokkaido Classic Golf Club, Hokkaido Golf Club, Obihiro Shirakaba Country Club, Tokyo Classic Club, Hanna Country Club, PXG Tokyo, PXG Osaka.

3. Purpose of shared use: Same as those listed in Section 2 above.

4. Responsible party for management of shared data: Classic Co., Ltd.

5. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Deletion

If a customer wishes to request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or cessation of third-party provision of their personal data (collectively “disclosure requests”), we will respond promptly.
